Browsing data
The IT systems and hosting provider may collect technical data required to deliver and secure the website, including IP address, request date and time, requested resource, user-agent, response status and technical information about the device and connection. Magna Romagna does not use this data to profile visitors.
Email communications
Voluntarily sending a message to [email protected] entails processing the sender’s address and the information included in the message. Data is used solely to reply, handle booking or collaboration enquiries and take any pre-contractual steps requested by the sender.
Purposes and legal bases
Technical data is processed to operate and protect the website, based on the controller’s legitimate interest in providing a secure service. Email data is processed to answer an enquiry and, where relevant, take pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request. Further retention may be required by law.
Recipients and providers
Data may be processed by hosting, technical infrastructure and email providers acting as processors or independent controllers according to the service supplied. Data is not sold or disclosed for advertising. It may be disclosed to authorities or professional advisers where required by law or necessary to protect a legal right.
External services and links
Instagram Reel previews and website images are hosted locally. Opening a link to YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, Bandcamp, Facebook or another website means leaving this domain; data will then be handled under the chosen service’s policy.
The embedded YouTube video is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com only after the play command is selected. YouTube may then receive technical data and use identifiers under its own terms, particularly when the visitor is signed into a YouTube account.
International transfers
Some external providers may process data outside the Republic of San Marino or the European Economic Area. In such cases, processing takes place under the safeguards required by applicable law and the relevant provider’s privacy information.
Retention
Technical logs are retained and rotated by the provider for as long as necessary to ensure security, service continuity and investigation of anomalies, unless longer retention is required by law or linked to an incident. Emails are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, then deleted when no longer necessary, subject to legal obligations or the protection of legal rights.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not use first-party profiling, advertising pixels or analytics. No non-technical cookies are placed before an action by the visitor. Interacting with the YouTube video or external links may allow the relevant platforms to use cookies or other identifiers.
Data-subject rights
Where provided by applicable law, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, or object to processing. A complaint may also be lodged with the San Marino Data Protection Authority. Requests may be sent to the controller using the email address above.
Updates
This notice may be updated when the services used or processing activities change. The version published on this page applies at the time it is viewed.
